ConnectGRADD is a joint project of Kentucky's Green River Area Development District and Norlight, Inc. to provide high-speed Internet access to rural areas of western Kentucky. The network spans the counties of Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, McLean, Ohio, Union, and Webster with 46 towers serving more than 1,800 internet users.
Fixed-point wireless internet service features:

- speeds up to 3 Mbps
- fast download and upload speeds because the network is in your county
